Phillip Island Classic Festival of Motorsport - March 7, 8, 9, 2025

The annual Phillip Island Classic - Festival of Motorsport is a must-see event for any passionate motorsport or motoring

enthusiast and is not to be missed.

 

Held at the iconic and beautiful Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit,

this event brings together an incredible collection of classic

racing machines, legendary drivers and motorsport enthusiasts

from around the world to celebrate the history of Australian and

worldwide motorsport.

Soak up the atmosphere and take a trip down memory lane

as you get up close and personal with over 350 historic

racing cars in period correct liveries across 11 different

Motorsport Australia sanctioned categories. From Historic F1

machines to vintage touring cars, and everything in between, racing wheel to wheel around the famed Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. 

 

Rub shoulders with legendary drivers, car owners, and teams who have shaped motorsport history. Enjoy full access that will see you walking through the garages admiring exotic race cars, showcasing incredible motorsport heritage. All this whilst taking in the wonderful sounds and aromas of yesteryear.

 

                                                                                                                 ​With multiple clear and visible spectator viewing points around                                                                                                                  the circuit, you won’t miss a second of the action. There’s                                                                                                                           nothing quite like the thunder of these historic machines                                                                                                                            attacking the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit!

                                                                                                                 Also on offer will be over 1,000 stunning car club vehicles on                                                                                                                     display in the circuit outer, as well as our merchandise hall,                                                                                                                        food stands and food trucks.

A special treat for fans this year will be the recently arrived in                                                                                                                  Australia, spectacular 917-30 Porsche Can-Am car, one of the                                                                                                                  fastest race cars of the 1970's.                                                                                   

 

And as always the Ferrari 156/85 of Guido Belgiorno-Nettis

which was driven by Michele Alboreto and Stefan

Johansson in the 1985 F1 season, will also be strutting it's stuff

around the Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit.

                                                                                                                 touring cars from the 70's, 80's, 90's and even 2000's will                                                                                                                         also be adding to the thunder!

                                                                                                                 thunderous Formula 5000, Le Mans Cars, Formula Ford,

Back by popular demand will be the amazing Cowes Car show

on Friday night March 7th in the main street of Cowes with an

incredible selection of road and race cars.  An event you won't

want to miss!
